Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of Beecart (beecart.in), a service operated by Artista Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”) that lets shops create an online store and take orders. By creating an account or using Beecart, you agree to these terms.

1. Who these terms apply to

“Seller” or “you” means the business or person who signs up to run a shop on Beecart. “Customer” means someone who visits or buys from a seller's shop. These terms are between Beecart and sellers. Each seller sets their own terms with their customers.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate details and keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract under Indian law.
• Tell us straight away at support@beecart.in if you think someone else has access to your account.

3. Your shop and what you sell

• You are the seller of record for every sale in your shop. Beecart provides the software; we are not a party to the sale between you and your customer.
• You are responsible for your products, prices, descriptions, photos, stock, delivery, returns, refunds, customer service, invoices and taxes, including GST where it applies.
• You must hold any licences your products need and follow the laws that apply to you, including consumer protection and e-commerce rules.
• You must not sell anything illegal, counterfeit, stolen or dangerous, or anything that infringes someone else's rights, and you must not use Beecart to mislead or defraud anyone. We may remove content or suspend a shop that breaks this rule.

4. Payments from your customers

Online payments are processed by Razorpay through your own Razorpay account. Money from your customers goes from Razorpay to you, not through us. Razorpay's own terms and fees apply. We do not take a commission on your sales. Cash-on-delivery orders are settled between you and your customer.

5. Plans, trial and billing

• New shops get a free trial for the period shown on our pricing page. No payment is taken during the trial.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown on our pricing page when you subscribe, plus GST. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
• If a payment is not made, we may pause your shop until it is. Your data is kept for at least 60 days so you can come back.
• Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

6. Your content and data

You own your products, photos, customer list and orders. You give us permission to store, process and display them only to run your shop and provide the service. You can export or ask us to delete your data. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information, including your customers' details, which we process on your behalf.

7. Fair use and availability

We work to keep Beecart running and secure, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may carry out maintenance, and we may change or improve features. Do not try to break, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the service, or access another seller's data.

8. Suspension and closing your shop

You can close your shop at any time. We may suspend or close a shop that breaks these terms, puts customers or the service at risk, or is required to be closed by law. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

9. Liability

Beecart is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost sales, or for disputes between you and your customers. Our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

10. Ownership of Beecart

The Beecart software, name, logo and site belong to Artista Solutions. These terms do not give you any ownership rights in them.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the seller admin before it takes effect. Continuing to use Beecart after that means you accept the new terms.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Vadodara, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer protections that apply to you.
