Shipping and Delivery Policy

Beecart is an online software service operated by Artista Solutions. Nothing is shipped physically: you get access to the service over the internet.

What you receive

A Beecart plan gives your shop access to the Beecart seller admin, your online store and, on the Pro plan, your shop's own mobile apps, with the features of the plan you choose. No physical goods are sold or delivered by us, so no shipping charges apply.

When access is delivered

• Free trial: your shop is created as soon as you sign up.
• Paid plans: activated on your account within one working day of Razorpay confirming the payment, usually much sooner.
• Pro plan apps: we share a build and publishing timeline once you subscribe. App store review times are set by Apple and Google.

Orders in sellers' shops

Products bought in a shop that runs on Beecart are shipped by that seller, not by us. Each seller sets their own delivery areas, charges and timelines. Please contact the shop for questions about an order.

If your plan is not activated

If your payment succeeded but your plan does not show as active within one working day, email support@beecart.in with the payment details. We will activate the plan or refund the payment as described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
