Prices are per shop and do not include GST (18%). Online payments are processed by your own Razorpay account, which charges its usual fee per payment (around 2%). Pro: Apple charges its own developer fee to publish on the App Store and Google charges a one-time fee for Play Store; these are paid to them directly.

Billing questions
Is the free trial really free?
Yes. You get 2 months with everything in Business. We don't ask for a card, so nothing is charged when the trial ends.
How do I pay for my plan?
Monthly, in advance, by UPI or card through Razorpay. You get a GST invoice for every payment.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time. Move up or down from the next billing month, or cancel and your shop stays open until the end of the month you've paid for. See our cancellation and refund policy.
Do you charge per order or take a commission?
Never. Whether you sell ₹5,000 or ₹5 lakh in a month, the price stays the same.
What does Razorpay charge?
Razorpay charges its standard fee on each online payment (around 2% for most UPI and card payments), taken before the money reaches your bank. Check razorpay.com for current rates. Cash-on-delivery orders have no payment fee.
