No. Many shops deliver themselves or use a local courier. Shiprocket is there when you want courier booking and live tracking.
How is the delivery date worked out?
From today's date, your packing time, your order cut-off hour and the delivery days you set for that area. Sundays are skipped.
Can customers see the delivery charge before paying?
Yes. It shows on the product page after the pincode check and again in the price breakdown at checkout.
